What's been going on??

On Saturday, we went to the park with some friends. I am sad to say that this is a first for Tyson since he was probably about 4 months old. I am kind of a controlling mother, in that I want to control the situations Tyson is in. I don't like him to get muddy and/or germy. I tell myself (and others) that I would take him outside more if he could walk--he just loves being outside. What baby/child doesn't? Anyway, after our "Park Day", I have realized, hopefully not too late, that I need to get over these issues, especially since Tyson is a boy. I don't want a pansy on my hands! He had the best time ever crawling around in the sand/rubber-chippings. (What ever happened to sandboxes??) So this Wednesday, when the girls meet up for lunch at the park, WE WILL BE THERE!

Recently, we went on our first camping trip. We had a great time. G is sooo meticulous, that I didn't have to worry about [hardly] anything! Surprisingly, I loved sleeping in the tent. It was fun to share a sleeping bag :) I can't wait to go again. My only wish is that Tyson could have his own tent---Not for that reason! Only because he had a hard time sleeping.
