I am feeling SAD, because...After reaching 70% effacement, and dilation to a 2, I quit having contractions.
I was hoping Tyson's sister would want to follow in her big brother's footsteps and come last night, but she did not...
I can't put on my compression hose anymore, and I fear I will be left with a (let's hope it's just "a") HUGE varicose vein. (Although now that I think about it, maybe putting on the compression hose would help with sadness #1 & #2).
I am getting anxious, and worried about something [bad] happening just before I get to meet HER. I know that is probably normal... once you know the baby is "done" you just want him/her to come out!
Greg's yearly dental/LV (that's for you Jason) buddy motorcycle reunion is this weekend in Moab (3 hrs away). I REALLY hope I go into labor BEFORE the trip so he can be here, but I fear the only way to go into labor is to send him off to have a fun 2 1/2 day trip. He leaves on Wednesday night and returns Saturday... I believe I will have the baby sometime on Friday. :P
I feel like I am going to pop... and look like it too. (See for yourself--last picture (I HOPE) until the final hospital shot, of me at 37.5 weeks).

I am feeling HAPPY, because...
I have had a very mild, comfortable pregnancy.
I only have 13 days (at the most) left, although I am optimistic that my little girlie will arrive early.
I am having a "spring baby" so no winter worries (as long as the snow doesn't return).
ALL of my sisters will be here for a major ESTROGEN FEST in the delivery room if Greg is gone this weekend and the baby decides to come.
We are having a GIRL! I was hoping for a boy at first, but I have definitely warmed up to the idea of a princess (and I hate that word... but what else do you call her??) And, after shopping for bows and bracelets on Saturday, and buying my first skirt/legging combo yesterday, I am feeling like I just want to love her and dress her up!
So think of me on Friday, March 20th (happy birthday Heidi), that's my prediction for the day our 6 Lb. 4 oz. baby girl will enter the world (another prediction for her weight...did you catch that?)
