Animal Lovers

As many of you may know, I am not a lover of animals, but a mere "tolerater" of them. Tyson, however, appears to have gotten his dad's animal loving genes. I am not sad about this, it just makes it difficult for me to ignore Vegas (our dog) when Tyson wants so badly to play with her.



Vegas is a great dog and she has changed my view on animals, dogs in particular, from hate to tolerate. Tyson just adores her, and she is very patient with him. He will sit at our slider for minutes (I would say hours but we all know that it is a miracle for Tyson to sit for 1 minute, so more than one is quite a feat), waiting for a glimpse of her. Vegas has started to sit in front of the door so as to humor Tyson. Isn't that sweet?? It just makes Tyson's day to see her. And I appreciate her entertaining him for a couple minutes each day.
